What was your career path before joining KOBEX ?
After graduating from university, I worked in customer service and medical sales before jumping into the manufacturing industry in my late twenties.
After gaining experience as a temporary employee in equipment assembly at a major subsidiary, I moved to a manufacturing trading company and encountered KOBEX.
What subject did you major in at university (high school) ? Also, was it related to your work at KOBEX ?
I majored in foreign languages at university. Since my job at KOBEX involves interacting with people from overseas, I would like to study foreign languages again.
Please tell us about your current work content ?
I am currently working in the Manufacturing Engineering Department, and my main job is assembling equipment.
We also provide maintenance services to existing customers and conduct pre-tests for customers before they purchase equipment.
Is experience an advantage when it comes to jobs at KOBEX ? Can I get a job without experience ?
I think that experience in a specialized field is preferred. However, as in my case, I think that this is a job where you can utilize experience in other fields as well as experience in the manufacturing industry.
What do you enjoy about working at KOBEX ?
The thing that makes me happiest is when a customer says, "That's a great device".
Do you have to travel or transfer ? If so, how often ?
There are no transfers, but there are business trips both domestically and overseas, usually 2-3 times a month.
What is the appeal of being located in Kobe ?
It's a city with a great name value, so I think it's attractive that customers who visit our company can go home feeling excited after their meeting.
What are your personal goals or dreams for the company going forward ?
The goal is to increase the number of equipment sold and make more people aware of KOBEX's equipment. To achieve this, I will continue to try to improve my own skills and develop new talent.
Do you have a motto ?
My motto is "A once in a lifetime encounter". I try to cherish my encounters with people not only in my work relationships but also in my private life.
Do you have any hobbies ? How do you spend your days off ?
I was the type of person who didn't have any particular hobbies, but recently I go out to eat good food at restaurants, that interest me, and take trips at least twice a year.
