What was your career path before joining KOBEX ?
After a short period of experience in medical administration, I studied factory automation technology and entered the field of control in order to gain a trade. I then worked for a software contracting company for beverage and power generation for several years, and took a one-year break before taking up my current position.
Please tell us about your current work content ?
I am currently in the Electrical Instrumentation Section of the Design Engineering Department, where I am in charge of software development and related tasks. Specifically, I am involved in a wide range of tasks, including equipment test runs and on-site support.
Why did you apply to and join KOBEX ?
There are three attractive points about my current job:

• Being involved in the entire process of equipment
What skills did you want to develop when you joined KOBEX ?
In my work, I aim to master software technology that is superior to that of external companies, and I also try to understand the entire business. I am also always conscious of how to proceed with work more efficiently.
What do you enjoy about working at KOBEX ?
Internally, the appeal is that you are evaluated on the results, not the time you spend. Even efforts that "we tried but did not work" are considered results, and a spirit of challenge is encouraged. Externally, I feel that my work is very rewarding because I can directly receive words of gratitude from customers, from adjusting the specifications of the equipment to supporting the implementation.
What kind of people is KOBEX suitable for ?
Currently, we have a new organization and are aiming for future growth. In particular, the company's technology is perfectly matched to the issue of reducing CO2 emissions, which has been attracting attention recently, and we feel that we have a good chance of future growth.
What are your personal goals or dreams for the company going forward ?
In the future, we would like to realize a system that allows software to be created with one click. We also aim to monitor the status of the installed equipment and use the data to expand into other fields.
Do you have a motto ? Is there anyone you look up to ?
My mottos are "Be good at what you love" and "Save the hard work for last". Work takes up a large part of your life, so it's important to enjoy it. If you love it, your skills will improve. I also think that it's important to have the attitude to approach things without pushing yourself too hard, and to acquire the ability to make it happen.
Do you have any hobbies ? How do you spend your days off ?
My hobbies are reading, playing games, playing futsal, and eating delicious food. I am pushing life-work harmony, aiming for more than just a work-life balance.
