What kind of work did you do before joining KOBEX ?
I came to Japan as a specific technical intern trainee and worked on manufacturing sites, such as assembling vehicle engines.
Please tell us about your current work content ?
Our main job is assembling equipment, but we also handle parts arrangement and arranging heavy vehicles for equipment shipment.
Why did you apply to and join KOBEX ?
Because I like assembling equipment and I'm good at it.
What skills did you want to develop when you joined KOBEX ?
In my previous job, I only had experience assembling parts, so I decided to join the company as I felt that I would be able to broaden my knowledge and experience by assembling a complete set of equipment by myself.
What do you enjoy about working at KOBEX ?
It's about feeling like you are helping someone.
Is there a moment in your work that you feel is typical of KOBEX ?
The strict yet warm attitude of my seniors, the way they teach, and the way they help each other. We strive to improve ourselves by making proposals to customers and meeting their expectations.
What direction do you think KOBEX is heading in ?
I feel that each of us is striving to establish something that no one else can match.
What are your personal goals or dreams for the company going forward ?
I want to broaden the scope of work I can do. I want to be able to answer questions about equipment from customers.
Have you ever wanted to quit your job and how did you get through it ?
Yes. I caused some problems, and at first I had no one to talk to when I got home. I held it in and my worries grew, but I didn't want to cause trouble for the people around me, so I stayed. Now I have more people I can talk to.
