What does KOBEX mean to you ?

We are a niche manufacturer of organic solvent-related equipment. We aim to create an elite organization, and provide an environment where each employee can achieve their own goals. Furthermore, because we are a workplace where individuality is respected, we are able to create a variety of human dramas on a daily basis.

I was a little anxious when I left a large company to change jobs. Looking back, however, I realized that my fears were unfounded. Now I feel that I am growing through stimulating work every day, and I spend my days feeling fulfilled.

What does work mean to you ?

It is a place where you can realize your potential, alongside your private hobbies.
Every day I encounter difficulties, and each time I overcome them I feel like we are growing. It is my greatest pleasure to see the satisfaction of our customers who have purchased our products.
In addition, most of my career has been working in teams, from when I graduated until now. I feel a special sense of accomplishment when I deepen the level of trust among the people involved in a project and when the project is completed. I also enjoy a good beer after work.

What does life mean to you ?

I think of life as a story.
I want it to be like a comic book with an indomitable protagonist, so I always try to take on new challenges and seek out new encounters. Last year, I completed a 100-mile trail running race.
My goal is to create an interestung story that will be exciting to read and return to one day.
