Article 7 (Correction and Deletion of Personal Information)
  1. 7.1 If a user believes that the personal information held by the company is incorrect, the user may request that the company correct, add, or delete the personal information (hereinafter referred to as "corrections, etc") in accordance with the procedures established by the company
  2. 7.2 If the company receives a request from a user as described in the preceding paragraph and determines it necessary to comply with the request, the company shall correct the personal information without delay
  3. 7.3 When the company has made any corrections, etc. pursuant to the provisions of the preceding paragraph, or when it has decided not to make any corrections, etc., the company shall notify the user without delay
Article 8 (Suspension of use of Personal Information, etc.)
  1. 8.1 If the company is requested by an individual to suspend or delete (hereinafter referred to as "suspension of use, etc") the individual's personal information because the information is being handled beyond the scope of the intended purpose of use or has been obtained by wrongful means, the company will conduct the necessary investigation without delay.
  2. 8.2 If the company determine that it is necessary to comply with the request based on the results of the investigation under the preceding paragraph, the company will suspend the use of the personal information without delay
  3. 8.3 If the company suspends the use of the personal information pursuant to the provisions of the preceding paragraph, or if the company has decided not to suspend the use of the personal information, the company will notify the user without delay
  4. 8.4 Notwithstanding the preceding two paragraphs, in cases where it is difficult to suspend the use of personal information, such as when there is a substantial cost or difficulty to implement, and alternative measures necessary to protect the rights and interests of the user can be taken, such alternative measures shall be taken

  1. 9.1 The content of this policy may be changed without notice to users, except as otherwise specified by laws, regulations, or stipulated in this policy
  2. 9.2 Unless otherwise specified by the company, the revised privacy policy shall take effect from the time it is posted on this website
