Adoption of “Work Style Reform Promotion Support Subsidy”2025/01/31

A subsidy has been adopted to cover part of the costs incurred by small and medium-sized business owners who are working to create an environment for reducing work hours and promoting a two-day wage system, as recommended by the Ministry of Health, Labor and Welfare.

We will introduce an AI system primarily to streamline sales activities.

We will also strive to contribute to employee satisfaction by working to create an environment that reduces working hours and promotes annual paid leave.
